Commissions are only charged when you successfully complete a project and receive payment. No upfront fees or monthly charges.

Can I see my exact commission before accepting a project?

Yes! Before accepting any project, you'll see exactly how much you'll receive after all fees, based on your current XP level.

How often are XP levels updated?

XP levels are updated in real-time as you complete projects and earn achievements. Your commission rate adjusts immediately when you reach a new tier.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees! The only additional cost is the standard 2.9% + $0.30 payment processing fee charged by our payment processor.

What happens if a project is cancelled?

If a project is cancelled before work begins, no commissions are charged. If work has started, commissions are calculated based on completed milestones.

Can I negotiate commission rates?

Diamond tier members can negotiate custom commission rates for high-value projects or long-term contracts.
